Rhythm Freak

       It was past one at night. My friends and I were walking on J.M. Road after having a meal at McDonald's. We passed a bunch of guys who were playing guitar and singing songs. I so wanted to hear it. But we went further, sat on a bench, and were rejoicing the birthday of Shital.

       And then, I heard the words, "Albela Sajan." I couldn't help myself. I took my camera and walked toward them. I asked them, "Can I take some photos of you?" One of the guys replied, "Sure, in fact, shoot a video." I was glad. After a song, he introduced himself, Mangesh, and his band Rhythm Freak. And would you know they were also celebrating the birthday of their friend Shubham, The guitarist? Mangesh invited us to join them to listen and observe the night.

       A few songs, smiles, and a lot of memories. The night could not have been better. We shared the Cake with them and called it a night.

       Sometimes you meet people, and it creates something magical. His voice was soothing, the music was terrific. And together, the whole experience was mesmerizing.

The First Step

       Lately, I have been clouded with numerous thoughts on situations I found myself in. Every other day brings a new challenge or a reality that I may not be ready to face, and then there are days when the smile on my face doesn't fade.        Can you answer me something? Have you felt like giving up on something that has become mundane or doesn't interest you anymore, but you hold back and stay put? So did I, until one day, I decided not anymore.        Today, I came across a few coding videos when revisiting my archives from four years ago. I went through all of them and relived the moments I had before, which filled me with joy. In one of the videos, I saw one question in the background that read,  "What would you do if you weren't afraid?"  which led me to write this blog. The Lost Childhood

       It was Diwali of 2011, on 26th October. I was so happy about that day. Finally, we were going to buy a color TV. My Little dream is to finally see cartoon shows in my house. I was very much excited. Since my childhood, I've mostly played outdoor games, and I've played them all. Every Saturday and Sunday, it was just about playing the whole day long. In the evening, I would go to Saurabh's house to watch cartoons and anime shows. Like Tom & Jerry, Pokèmon, Beyblade, Digimon, Duel Masters, Dragonball, Naruto, Yu-Gi-Oh, Power-puff girls, Johnny Bravo, Ed Edd & Eddy, Code-name Kids Next Door, Samurai Jack, Swat Cats, and the list goes on.
